What you can do
A Prime Tallow Processing Licence lets you process or acquire edible fat for rendering into prime tallow products for human consumption.
What you cannot do
You cannot:
- slaughter animals - you need an Abattoir licence
- slaughter poultry - you need a Poultry Processing Facility licence
- slaughter game - you need a Game Meat Processing licence
- render inedible meat and offal to sell - you need an Inedible Rendering Facility licence.
- transport meat or seafood - you need a Meat Transport Vehicle licence
